Фестиваль ножовщиков "Трудолюб 2016".

  Добрий ранок.Кузня Петра Федоряки повідомляє, що фестиваль "Трудолюб 2016" відбудеться 17-19 червня  2016.
Формат буде приблизно як і на попередніх феcтивалях.
Обговорення плану проведення можна розпочинати.

Остаточний план нам потрібно підготувати на початок травня.

А можно конкретику касательно стоимости, проживания, питания, трансфера и прочего? Хочу с товарищем приехать, впервые оба.

присоединюсь к просьбе о более точной информации....на крайний случай, будет хоть где палатку поставить?

С того года читал тему, там вроде как в палатках и жили, но хочется от первоисточника, так сказать, и в подробностях.

Для тих хто можливо буде вперше.
 Умови побуту такі; можливість поставити палатку буде для кожного(спальник,коврик,палатка с собою)
 Харчування,душ(покищо холодний) умивальник, туалет.
 І все що потрібно для ковки та шлифовки та інших заходів які будуть проводитися на фесті входить в орг внесок.
 В цюму році сума внеску буде приблизно 700 грн.

Програма та розпорядок буде через 1-2 дні.

Програма ковальського фестивалю ножових майстрів «Трудолюб — 2016»
     Будуть такі теми:
               1.Як завжди ковка клинків з чіткою однаковою формою та розмірами їхне гартування та шліфування.
               2.Для обговорення;
                       -Підготовка та зварюваня дамаску.
                       -Ковка та гартуння ніж-сокири.
                       - Можливі інші цікаві теми ( пропонуйте )
               3.Добуваня криці для булата з руди,або окалени.
               4.Плавка булата.
                                Роспорядок.
17 червня, п’ятниця  

 9.00  — 10.00  - сніданок
          — 11.00  - реєстрація учасників,підготовка робочих місць
11.00 —11.30    -  офіційне відкриття фестивалю (плани, коректування,    деталі)
11.30 — 13.00  - Обід
13.00 — 18.30  
                           - Пункт 2. після обговорення.
                           - Добуваня криці для булата з руди,або окалени.
                           - кування клинків,
                           - конкурс ковалів-клиночників
 19.30 — 24.00  - вечеря. Ковальські посиденьки

18 червня, субота

 8.00  — 9.00   - сніданок
 9.00 — 12.30  - шліфування клинків
                          - підготовка клинків до тестування
                          -Підготовка полученої крці до плавлення.
                          - Плавка булата.
11.30 — 13.00  - обідня перерва
13.00 — 18.30  
                          -  тестування клинків,
                          - тестування клинків тіщо підготує "Кузня Петра". це клинок з булату, дамаску(1000 слоїв), дамаску(10 000 слоїв), х12мф
                          - Пункт 2. після обговорення.
                          - робота учасників
19.30 —             - вечеря. Ковальські посиденьки

19 червня, неділя

  8.00 — 9.00  - сніданок
  9.00 — 12.30     -достаемо вуц огляд,висновки.
                          - виставка робіт учасників,
                          - підведення підсумків
12.00 — 14.00  - закриття фестивалю, обід
     Участь у фестивалі в цьому році обійдеться одному учаснику 700грн.

Неделя осталась. Как там погодка? Не знаю, какой спальник брать, летний или зимний.

Время на фестивале пролетело незаметно. куча позитивных эмоций и запас энергии до следующей встречи  -:)-:)
Все супер!!
Дорога обратно пять была трудной, ну не отпускает Трудолюб от себя  : )
Сейчас кушаем вкуснейшее сало, смотрим фотографии и заново переживаем  "Happy Hours"

Доброго дня всім. Трудолюб трохи відіспався від гучної події.
   Думаю що буде правильно зробити якийсь невеликий звіт про виконану роботу на фестивалі.Заявлено було 28 учасників зних вісім були вперше.
  В перший день хлопці з "Центру радиційного ковальського ремесла", а це- Антон Шатов,Андрій Зубрицький,
Олексій Томчук, Олексій Здоревський. Провели майстер клас по виплавкі кричного заліза. Результат був неймовірний 5,300 кг. Станіслав Красюк "Кузня Петра" провів майстар клас по підготовці пакетів для дамаску.У часники які кували клинки (сталь Х12МФ) викували близько 20 клинків.А ще Міша з Лофвиці виплавив невеличкого булатика грам 800.
Другого дня спільними зусиллями покували нашу крицю. Руслан Марюта "Кузня Петра" зкричного заліза виплавив вуцика 2,520 кг. Ми загартували всі наші клинка а потм їх шліфнули на гріндерах. Та протестували на шайтан машині. Станіслав разом з учасниками зварив 2  пакети дамаску.
В неділю підвели підсумки.

  Думаю, що результат дуже достойний в усих 3х майстер класах.

Gr - это хром (Cr) или германий (Ge)?
И интересно поглядеть шлиф того булата, что с 3,8 углерода!

Все ж думаю результат по аналізу криці не точний. Звідки взявся вуглець в такій кількості при такій швидкій плавці і звідки нікеля так багато. У вас там шо Романе глина з нікелю?)))
